Construction Planned on the Buckman Bridge Southbound
Construction on the Buckman Bridge southbound in Florida was scheduled to begin on Friday, May 30th, and conclude on Monday, June 2nd. The project involved double lane closures from Friday at 10 PM until Monday at 4 AM, with two lanes remaining open. Additionally, the ramp from US 17 Northbound to I-295 Southbound was also closed. This construction was completed on June 2, 2025, demonstrating ongoing efforts to maintain and improve critical transportation infrastructure.
