Clean 3-week lookahead in Excel

Running a 12-story retrofit, I need a 3-week lookahead template that shows constraints, handoffs, and float, and updates fast in the field at 6 a.m… Do you have an Excel sheet you trust to keep crews aligned and hit milestones when inspections or deliveries slip a day?

I keep one structured table (Task, Crew, Start, Finish, Constraint, Owner) and a second sheet that uses FILTER + NETWORKDAYS to show only the next 15 workdays and a float column (Required Finish minus Forecast); everything keys off a single Today cell so at “6 a.m.” I bump it or tick a slip flag and the lookahead updates in seconds. Small caveat: avoid volatile formulas like OFFSET/INDIRECT so it stays fast on a field laptop. Are you pulling from P6 or entering by hand?
