Set control at 7 a.m. today and my RTK shows the rear line is 0.37’ short, but the 1978 deed sketch screams 100.00, and the owner asked if I could “just scale the plat” like it’s a jpeg. Anyone else have a go-to punchline when precision meets Photoshop?
