Ever notice how soil can be like a moody teenager? One minute it’s solid rock, and the next, it’s acting up and causing all sorts of foundation issues. Just had a site visit where the clay was so poorly behaving that I half expected it to start talking back. Anyone else have a similar ‘earthy’ experience?
